NFSN is supported by a small full-time staff team that coordinates the organization’s national backbone functions, including strategy, operations, membership, training, and partnerships. This work is strengthened by our Board of Directors and committees, as well as parent leaders, trainers, consultants, contractors, and partners, who help ensure NFSN’s efforts remain grounded, practical, and responsive.

Administrative Coordinator

Courtney supports NFSN’s day-to-day administration, communications, training coordination, and organizational systems. She helps ensure that staff, members, trainers, and partners receive timely information and a well-organized experience when engaging with NFSN.

Courtney is currently completing her onboarding. In the meantime, questions related to administrative support, training coordination, or general NFSN inquiries may be directed to Robyn Shemwell.

Robyn leads NFSN's operations, membership services, and training logistics, ensuring members, trainers, and staff have the systems, resources, and support they need to stay connected and engaged. She helps turn NFSN's vision into seamless member and training experiences.

Brenda provides strategic leadership for the National FRC Model™ and the FRC Evidence & Impact Institute, helping advance research, technical assistance, partnerships, and national strategies that strengthen FRCs, statewide FRC Networks, and the broader field.
