OVERVIEW
The work of the National Family Support Network to implement its mission is advanced primarily through its Board and committees. The NFSN welcomes new committee members from Member Networks on an ongoing basis. For information about joining a committee, please contact the NFSN Staff.
MEMBER MEETING
At this meeting, Members give input and make decisions on issues, policies, and activities affecting NFSN as a whole and share information and resources with each other.
Meeting Time: 2nd Monday of each month, 2:00-3:30pm ET, via Zoom

The Board of Directors provides oversight and guidance for the NFSN.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
This committee is comprised of the Board of Directors Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and NFSN Co-Executive Directors. It makes decisions on time-sensitive issues in between Board meetings.
Meeting Time: 1st Monday of each even month, 12:30-1:30pm ET, via Zoom
MEMBER ENGAGEMENT COMMITTEE
This committee promotes connecting and convening member networks to enhance their effectiveness through engagement, relationship-building, peer learning, and sharing among network members through fostering member involvement and organizing the annual National Member Convening.
Meeting Time: 3rd Tuesday of each month, 3:00-4:30pm ET, via Zoom
EVALUATION COMMITTEE
This committee focuses attention on the importance of evaluation of Family Resource Centers and explores evaluation opportunities in relation to the Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening & Support.
Meeting Time: 1st Thursday of each month, 2:30-3:30pm ET, via Zoom

POLICY COMMITTEE
This committee focuses on policy efforts to advance Family Resource Centers and Family Resource Centers Networks both at the federal level and at the state level. It organizes the annual National Briefing/Forum and Congressional Briefing.
Meeting Time: 2nd Thursday of each month, 3:00-4:30pm ET, via Zoom

TRAINING COMMITTEE
The committee supports the development of National Family Support Network trainings and technical assistance.
