Funding Family Resource Centers: From Understanding to Action
Co-presented with Foster America
With the launch of the first National Family Resource Center Model and growing federal recognition of Family Resource Centers, how can Family Resource Centers move from understanding federal funding opportunities to confidently pursuing them?
Building on the National Family Support Network's Connecting the Dots: Federal Funding Strategies for Family Resource Centers webinar, this Webinar Wednesday marks the national launch of four new Practical Guides designed to help Family Resource Centers (FRCs) and FRC Networks navigate four major federal funding streams: Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Social Services Block Grant (SSBG), Title IV-B: Promoting Safe and Stable Families (PSSF), and Title IV-E Prevention Services under the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA).
Participants will gain practical insight into today's federal funding landscape, learn how funding flows through state systems, hear real-world stories from leaders successfully navigating these opportunities, and leave with four comprehensive Practical Guides that provide implementation roadmaps, planning tools, conversation guides, and actionable strategies for strengthening partnerships and advancing sustainable funding. For more information and to register, please click here.
