Convening

The National Family Support Network conducts an annual Member Convening to support and strengthen Family Resource Center Networks through peer learning and sharing on emerging, promising, and best practices.  The event is held each May in conjunction with the annual Capitol Hill Day.

We are excited to share early planning information for the 2026 National Family Support Network In-Person Member Convening to support your advance planning. A formal registration page and full agenda will be shared later, with key details provided below so that you can begin to plan ahead. We heard Member voices noting the raised fees in Eventbrite and have decided to coordinate registration differently to eliminate these fees.

Convening Objectives

  • To create a cohesive and connected membership that welcomes and integrates new participants.

  • To strengthen Networks through peer learning and sharing of emerging, promising, and best practices.

  • To raise awareness about the value of Family Resource Centers (FRCs) and Family Resource Center Networks with legislators and their staff.

  • To honor NFSN’s 15-year journey and articulate a shared vision for the future.
