Katherine Stieh joined the National Family Support Network in 2023 with professional experience that spans both the education and healthcare fields.
She began her career as an educator in New Jersey public schools and championed programs for academic
excellence through data-informed curriculum. She volunteered to pilot curricula and technology resources, and
secured grants that advanced student success in science and math. Subsequently working at a parochial middle
school, she created, sourced, and implemented a new math curriculum across the school team, raising student
standardized test score averages from the 50th percentile to the 80th percentile in a single academic year.
During her tenure as a Care Coordinator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, she worked with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient visits and spearheaded an administrative program for enhanced clinic efficiency.
She volunteered as a consultant for the Committee for Youth and Families at a local ecumenical congregation for
several years.
She received a B.A. in Education with a focus in English/Literature from Seattle Pacific University. Stieh
